Your feedback is very important to us and we use it to change and improve the service we offer.
The feedback from the questionnaires we sent out to our employers and learners in April came back stating:
1. Insufficient information on the resources held at the centre.
2. Poor or no memory of having been informed of equal opportunities and health and safety policies.
3. Lack of understanding of the other training available
4. Too much paperwork.
Because of this we have introduced:
1. An NPVSL resources leaflet, to be issued to all Employers and Learners and available from our website.
2. Updated our initial assessment and learner reviews to improve the amount of coverage on health and safety and equality of opportunity policies. They are now also available on our website.
3. All NPVSL staff have attended workshops to increase their information on additional available training. These will be held on a quarterly basis.
4. NPVSL has reduced the paperwork to the minimum. However, for those on funded training there are mandatory forms that have to be completed for audit purposes. These will have to remain.
NPVSL recognises that there are groups in society which are disadvantaged through discrimination. We will work to redress any inequality in our key service delivery and recruitment practices.
